The final promotion of the monograph of Prof. Dr.Hasan Hanić, Hasan Hanić - Life and Work, was held at the Mediterranean University.

The speakers at the promotion were: the Rector of the Mediterranean University, Prof. Dr. Radislav Jovović, Prof. Dr. Čedomir Čupić, full professor at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade, Prof. Dr.Božo Mihailović, full professor at the Faculty of Economics in Podgorica, as well as the author himself.

The monograph of Prof. Hanić is an inevitable mark, not only of one great personality of a scientist and man, as Professor Hanić is, but also a testimony of the socio-economic system, especially of the educational system, with all the strengths and weaknesses of that almost a half- century-long period.

At the end of the promotion, the Rector of the Mediterranean University, Prof. Jovović presented Prof. Hanić with the Scroll of Honour for the contribution to the development of the Mediterranean University. The promotion of this remarkable monograph was attended by numerous figures from the public, social and economic life, including the Minister of Education, Dr. Damir Šehović.
